How to get into Y Combinator

Ashutosh Desai is the founder of MakeSchool and an alum of the Y Combinator, the incubator that has helped launched hundreds of companies such as AirBNB, Reddit, and Dropbox.  After successfully helping dozens of aspiring entrepreneurs with their YC applications and interviews, Ashu will give you feedback on your pitch or tips for your YC application.

The YC application deadline for the Summer 2015 batch is on March 27, so make sure you apply!  Before you submit in your application, you can also ask Ashu questions on how to best position yourself to get into Y Combinator in a live online session on March 19 at 11am PDT,

About Y Combinator:

Y Combinator created a new model for funding early stage startups. Twice a year they invest a small amount of money ($120k) in a large number of startups (most recently 85).

The startups move to Silicon Valley for 3 months, during which YC works intensively with them to get the company into the best possible shape and refine their pitch to investors. Each cycle culminates in Demo Day, when the startups present their companies to a carefully selected, invite-only audience.

But YC doesn’t end on Demo Day. YC and the YC alumni network continue to help founders for the life of their company, and beyond.
