Worked as both a Senior Consultant and Senior Support Engineer in the IBM Tivoli/Netcool space doing implementations, integrations and support for customers worldwide. Worked in a variety of fields including financial services, ISP's, School districts to name a few.

Worked on implementations that design, development and delivery of complex OSS/NMS solutions using OMNIbus, Impact, ITNM, and IBM TCR. Also integrated other monitoring tools, such as Zenoss, Nagios, Remedy, ServiceNow into IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus.
