Loyalty Network Web-Based System I developed a loyalty network web-based system with incentive actions designed to earn points. The system was implemented as an open platform, incorporating different layers to ensure functionality and flexibility: Database Layer: MySQL was used as the underlying database technology to store and manage data. RESTful API Layer: The system was built using the Slim framework along with our custom classes to create a robust and efficient API layer. SDK (Software Development Kit): We developed SDKs to facilitate seamless communication with the RESTful API. This included a PHP SDK and a JavaScript SDK. Individual Applications Layer: The system consisted of various applications that interacted with the database through the RESTful API. These applications included: Front Website: The public-facing website allowed users to engage with the loyalty network, earn points, and access their account information. Administration Portal: Built using Symfony 2, the administration portal provided a comprehensive platform for managing the loyalty network, including user management, points allocation, and reporting functionalities. Facebook Application: We developed an application that integrated with Facebook, allowing users to interact with the loyalty network through the popular social media platform. Twitter Application: Similar to the Facebook application, we implemented an application that integrated with Twitter, enabling users to engage with the loyalty network using their Twitter accounts. YouTube Application: We developed an application that integrated with YouTube, providing users with the ability to earn points through specific actions related to the video-sharing platform. By utilizing these technologies and implementing the different layers, we created a dynamic and comprehensive loyalty network web-based system, offering users a seamless experience and providing businesses with powerful tools for customer engagement and retention.
