About the talk
During my career, I have been part of building many companies developer infrastructure team and make business critical choices of when and how to invest in Developer Tooling. With all that experience under my belt, I's like to share my knowledge regarding this topic. This talk will explain why developer experience/tooling should be an important aspect of any fast growing company. How developer connect impacts from working on tooling with business efficiency and better product. By the end of this talk, you will take away the important of investing in developer experience and tooling and how to do that.
