About the talk
The talk is going to cover how to approach coaching and mentorship of engineers with and without a company framework. We'll provide guidance on what questions you should be asking as individual contributors to foster growth. We'll also approach it from the other side and discuss what mentors can do to ensure that you're providing opportunity and meaningful growth to your direct reports.
