Know why you're putting resources where you do

<p>Knowing whether or not to place JavaScript in the head or at the end of the body and what is required when you do is important. If you put it in the head, any code that is applied on elements needs to be within a listener for the page load first. Also, knowing the order of which to place your imports so that they function properly is important. Generally speaking, you want more general first and then more specific, so that the specfic scripts can access the general ones if need be.</p>
