Correctly setting a Heroku buildpack for Meteor deployment

Today I worked through an issue with a client who encountered problems during the build step of a Meteor application deployment to Heroku.

The client had tried to set the Heroku buildpack to use by setting an environment variable:

heroku config:add BUILDPACK_URL=https://github.com/AdmitHub/meteor-buildpack-horse

However, this wasn't working, so we followed the instructions here:

heroku buildpack:set https://github.com/AdmitHub/meteor-buildpack-horse

After we made a commit, and performed a deploy, everything worked just great!

So, if you're having trouble building after setting a BUILDPACK_URL config value, try the `buildpack:set` command instead!

Feel free to reach out to me if you'd like help with this or anything related to Meteor deployment on Heroku. I'd love to solve it together!
