Full-Stack CEO, Lean Startup Consultant, Super Genius, Force of Nature
A leader. A brother. (Possibly) Your secret lover. Also referred to as “Who was *that*?” or “What just happened here?”, Justice Gray is what would happen if a professional wrestler and a computer scientist had a baby, that baby married a hurricane and they had a child named Justice. He is passionate about Lean Startup principles and ideals, and Agile like a vast, predatory bird. Most importantly, he is a builder who loves to build: building applications, building teams, building businesses and building dreams. When he's not saving the world one company at a time, he can be found espousing his thoughts either on LinkedIn or at whoisjusticegray.com. Note: If you are looking for a much less prohibitively expensive - but possibly more talented and equally handsome - resource to singlehandedly rescue your company through charm and brilliance, Vancouver's Kevin Dhami (https://www.linkedin.com/in/kevindhami) comes highly recommended from yours truly. Look at that; even just *reading this summary alone* has saved you time and money!
I'm an Entrepreneur. My goal is always to be a recognized as an expert in the fields of software engineering, enterprise architecture, and IT management I like new technologies because I believe that nowadays, the IT enables companies to innovate and transform their businesses, not just serve as IT services. On the other hand, I also like to meet and understand older technologies. I am able to independently seek information needed for problem-solving and apply it in practice. In what I do day to day I do not see a job but a lifestyle. I believe that in this way I do bring value to the business. I have vision on things I do because I always think about the future of my projects, and what changes may happen to them. I quickly find a common language with people. I know endure stressful situations and keep calm in emergency situations. I can quickly analyze situations and take necessary decisions, always assuming the responsibilities of the consequences.
I like solving problems with code and data.
My personal website is https://otrenav.com I'm a co-founder at Datata http://datata.mx Research assistant at ITAM https://itam.mx
Compiler Techonology, Instruction Set Architecture , Assembly Language, General Programming, Introductory Programming, and much more!
My working style: I prefer 1:1 live mentoring over offline help or freelancing, as my objective is to share the information, techniques, thought processes, and skills to get to the next level. I try to be available for mentoring here Mon-Thurs, usually between 8:30am and 4:00pm, California time. (Occasionally, I can be found online Fridays, weekends, or after hours.) About me: I'm an independent programmer whose background is in compiler development. I enjoy working with people. I was mentored by some great people when I was younger and have always enjoyed both side of knowledge sharing. There are no stupid questions from someone who is trying to learn! I am new to codementor(.io), but not to programming & mentoring. My preferences are toward mentoring for general purpose programming, especially in the areas of algorithms and data structures, programming principles, programming paradigms, compiler, or instruction set architecture: course work, hobby, or professional! However, I'm not specifically into frameworks, desktop GUI, or browser UI. Check out my profile on the Software Engineering Stack Exchange: https://softwareengineering.stackexchange.com/users/63202/erik-eidt This is a sister site to the better known StackOverflow, and it concentrates more on architecture, engineering, and best practises in software development. I enjoy applying my deep experiences in compiler and optimization to adjacent fields. I am experienced as an architect, team leader, director, manager, individual contributor, and am a highly skilled programmer. Specialties: • Domain Specific Languages, Metamodeling, Model Transformation, Model Query • Ontology, Logic Foundation, Inferencing, Logic Query • Domain Modeling, Modeling Tools, Model Visualization • Domain Design, Service Oriented Architecture • Computer Language Design, Parsing, Code Generation, Optimization, Runtimes I speak conversational but not technical German, having learned some as a child. My current interests currently run toward the architecture and development of new platform technologies for sharing & securing information that can unlock the potential of the Internet of Things to scale to dozens of widely varied devices per person. If we don't do something radically different, we'll have a siloed mobile app for every little device or sensor — practically a nonstarter. We need sensors and controllable devices to cooperate in helping us with our routine tasks and exceptional endeavors. We need an ecosystem that supports the development of intelligent planning and programming services, able to make use of device sensor data, private user data, public & private big data. This requires fundamentally changing the approach we have toward applications. We need data to enable code rather than code to silo data. I think it is not just reasonable, but even a good idea, to have more than one mentor, so if I'm working with you feel free to get second opinions and other points of view!

Technical Java Consultant & Coach
I spend my time working with a wide variety of architects, developers and other stakeholders. My passion is helping technical folk find better ways of doing things and solving their problems.
Building full web application solutions
In my 18 years developing software, the field of technology and the options available to solve problems has progressed at an amazing pace. Thankfully I have an intense passion for learning new technology and applying it to solve problems. Not only do I enjoy learning the details and ramifications of whats new, but I have the experience to realize when something isn't ready for production, or is the wrong solution to solve the problem. Web application development has come far in the 12+ years that I have been in the field and I have used many different technologies , Java, PHP, Nodejs, Dojo, Angular, Vue etc. and integrated with dozens of 3rd party systems. I have been a developer, a team lead, an architect, and, off the side of my desk, I have done project management, dev management, dev ops and more. In the end, I do whatever needs doing to solve business problems with technology. I love building and solving.
Remote working evangelist, MSc. Software Architect & Lead Backend Developer
I'm a software architect, born in 1983, in Hungary. I'm actively striving to be perceptive to my environment and to always analyze things through their causes. I'm driven by efficiency: every moment is spent contemplating, no idle thought is worth using my brain, and even the most basic routines of everyday life can be enhanced. Thinking simultaneously in multiple abstraction levels enables me to be forethoughtful, skilled when it comes to solving problems and a fast learner for things that have a purposeful internal structure.

CodementorX saved me a lot of time by sending a shortlist of qualified developers within 72 hours. On top of that, payment through CodementorX was secure and communication was easy. I was extremely satisfied with the engagement!
As a marketplace and 500 Startups company ourselves, we were happy to give CodementorX’s platform a go when we needed developers with specialized skillsets. They did not disappoint and allowed us to find qualified devs painlessly.
Besides having access to highly talented and experienced web developers, CodementorX's project management service also help manage timeliness and bridge communication between the founders and the web developers. This is extremely helpful and valuable, especially for non-technical founders like myself.
CodementorX is a freelance hiring platform uniquely different from other platforms. Freelancers on Codementor function as mentors to less experienced coders, who collectively help curate a list of the most elite mentors. When hiring through CodementorX, I know I’m hiring the best.
