I like a real command line kong-fu, so I use Vim and Git directly on both development sides: local and server. Mostly I prefer to use a lot of utilities including ruby based.

I've started developed with Ruby since 2008. In 2010 I organised first in Eastern Europe 2 days Ruby conference RubyConfUA in Kyiv, Ukraine. I've been maintaining josevalim/rais-footnotes gem for 4 years and rose it popularity from 300 followers to 1001. I have 5 minor commits to Ruby on Rails.

I've started using SQL since 2000 with Interbase/Firebird. Nowadays I prefer to use PostgreSQL. I used to use MySQL, but I don't like it. I'm familiar with all objects of SQL-92: Triggers, Stored Procedures, User defined functions.

I'm familiar with all aspects of Infrastructure Support: server deploy, monitoring, log analysing, load balancing. So I can offer the best solution to value for money.
