Full-Stack CEO, Lean Startup Consultant, Super Genius, Force of Nature
A leader. A brother. (Possibly) Your secret lover. Also referred to as “Who was *that*?” or “What just happened here?”, Justice Gray is what would happen if a professional wrestler and a computer scientist had a baby, that baby married a hurricane and they had a child named Justice. He is passionate about Lean Startup principles and ideals, and Agile like a vast, predatory bird. Most importantly, he is a builder who loves to build: building applications, building teams, building businesses and building dreams. When he's not saving the world one company at a time, he can be found espousing his thoughts either on LinkedIn or at whoisjusticegray.com. Note: If you are looking for a much less prohibitively expensive - but possibly more talented and equally handsome - resource to singlehandedly rescue your company through charm and brilliance, Vancouver's Kevin Dhami (https://www.linkedin.com/in/kevindhami) comes highly recommended from yours truly. Look at that; even just *reading this summary alone* has saved you time and money!
Being a software developer is more than just learning to program in a computer language. I have been a developer for nearly two decades. I have designed several larger web sites from concept to deployment, some high-profile projects. I have served as a Lead Developer or Senior Developer for many years, mentoring other developers and encouraging them to use the latest technologies and best practices. I focus on teaching patterns and reusable methods for designing applications, and reinforcing the need to stay current as new technologies are released. I can give advice on how to focus your learning efforts to target specific types of development positions, and interviewing advice for finding a position within a software company. I have programmed in C++ for about 10 years prior to using C# and focused on web technologies, which I have now been doing for another 10 years. While I have primarily been using jQuery / Microsoft .NET / C# and have a background in C++, I have also utilized VB and VB.NET, touched on PHP/MySQL from time to time, and worked with the Microsoft SQL Server/Express/CE products for 10+ years. One of my most recent projects has been building a Unity 3D game, which is now on Steam Greenlight. Domain Driven Design is a basis for each of my projects' structure, and I reinforce the need to use best practices when coding. I can also explain SCRUM, which is used by many companies for handling team project management. If your final senior project is a "Concept to POC" type of project where the Proof of Concept is the working software required for a grade, then I will also teach you to use Balsamiq to wireframe your ideas before we begin developing any code. I can help you document the Project Scope, Functional Specs, create Design Documents, and build the presentation for your senior college project. We can build completely usable projects in a short time, both the user interface and the server components as needed. My focuses are HTML5 / CSS3, jQuery, Object Relational Mapping (ORM), C#, Microsoft .NET, Web Services (web api) and SQL Express.

I don't just write code, I enjoy designing and creating awesome software applications. I've got 8+ years of developing applications using Java, PHP, and exactly 5 years with the C# language. My experience includes both web and desktop applications. While I currently develop in C# and XAML, I'm a Java enthusiast. I can say I've got some emotional attachment to Java. Software developer for 11+ yrs. Programming is my passion, love what I do.
I've been developing software for more than eleven years, can't have enough, it's my passion. Most of my years I spent working with the Microsoft Stack, on most platforms - from desktop to web, from services to Xamarin. Lately though, I've been more invested in web technologies, specifically NodeJs and front end frameworks.
I am very skilled with database mapping, web development, web/integration services development using C# and the .NET stack. I have written web services and data integration components for professional sports teams like the SF 49ers and Miami Dolphins, enabling them to integrate point of sale systems, customer relationship management software. I also have experience gathering requirements for and setting up Umbraco and DotNetNuke CMS systems. While receiving my education as a developer at Oregon State, I received an award for best student developer mentor at my professional software development job, as well as other accolades.
Lead Software Architect at Cognitive X Solutions
I have worked for several different companies on projects ranging from simple websites to the back end systems for a large grocery chain. My goals? I like Microsoft's goal: Take over the world. I just want to be the best at whatever I do, be it in the trenches programming, customer relationship, or management. It's the least that I can do.
