I am the CTO of a small e-commerce business and I manage the developers at my company. I make it a point to intimately understand the personnel needs for my projects. I believe that it is my job to help each member of my team, my peers, and the company stakeholders to achieve everything that they attempt to achieve because we are capable of so much more when the people around us support our actions. Treating people with compassion and aligning their goals with the company's is the best way to build an empire. We should lead by example, at the front. That is what I do.

I have designed the software architecture of my last two major projects, both of which are online web services powering online transactions over websites and mobile apps. I take a data-driven approach to drive my technology strategy and often do at least some of the data analysis myself. I automate everything I can: Testing, deployment, and code versioning.

I have built tens of websites over the past 11 years using PHP. I used it to build many small boutique websites (such as tedxbeirut.com) with quirky features and huge enterprise-grade solutions for multi-million dollar companies (such as http://m.trybe.me).

It comes with the territory of web development. I mainly use jQuery to build everything I need.

I have deployed tens of small and large projects on both Windows and Linux OS. I currently maintain several of my own servers and troubleshoot multi-user platforms constantly.
