Job description

What the job looks like:

  • Work cross-functionally with product and design teams to develop the multi-faceted Pathspark dashboard
  • Execute on Pathspark’s technology roadmap
  • Communicate closely with our Head of Product and CTO on product requirements and iterations
  • Develop Pathspark’s analytics infrastructure and dashboarding system from the ground up using open source technologies

What you offer:

  • 2-5 years of experience in full-stack development using Rails, PHP, or Node.js
  • Experience in or excitement about: --- Building modules on SaaS tools like Front --- Implementing & navigating modern hosting options (AWS, Digital Ocean, etc.) --- Building & maintaining WordPress sites
  • Familiarity with BIG from a data architecture and analytics perspective
  • “Data First” focus and an understanding of how our human capital data maps back to your data strategy
  • Appreciation for and commitment to simplicity -Ability to work out of our NYC office
