Technologist with 20+ years of experience

The creative ways people find to employ technology never ceases to amaze me. If you are one of these people using technology in unusual ways, please get in touch. Not only can I help you with your electronic circuit design, but I can also help you with the programming of your device and will also give you a special rate! The more unusual your project, the better, Some of of the things that I have successfully helped Codementor mentees with include a remote entry system controlled by text message, a POV clock, a MIDI laser harp, and a video intercom. My formal training in Electronics Engineering, mechanical aptitude, and overall creative thinking are here for you to take advantage of.

Programming is such a fun and creative medium. It’s magical how code can breath life into silicon machines. The power to automate tasks, aggregate data, and grow businesses. To me, programming is both an art and a discipline. I enjoy helping others learn/improve their programming skills. Drop me a line.

I like to be impactful, and stagnation is my probably the one thing that frustrates me most. I make a conscious and concentrated effort to understand the bigger picture well enough to know which little pictures need better resolution -- and then to fill in those missing pixels as efficiently as possible. In previous (and perhaps future) lives I've been a mechanical engineer, a machinist, and an EMT; I've directed musical theatre, I've been certified as a firefighter, and I've moved across the country on a motorcycle. I love learning, and am a meticulous communicator; I apply myself to whatever field I find myself in, and usually enjoy them all!
