I have more than 20 years of experience in the professional arena as a developer, consultant, and architect within many industries and have provided strategies and solutions that have contributed to the successful implementation of various systems. I believe firmly in the development of quality software that empowers users to get their job done. My current focus is on domain-driven design implemented within an event-driven architecture based on message-oriented middle ware. I have many open source repositories (https://github.com/Shuttle) that include a service bus (https://github.com/Shuttle/Shuttle.Esb) and an event sourcing mechanism (https://github.com/Shuttle/Shuttle.Recall).

I have actually been involved with C# since around 2003 when I was working on a code-generator and had to generate working C# code but I made an official switch from VB.NET to C# in 2007.

I have the UX designer for the project in my current team and I have helped her on occasion with the CSS/HTML side of things. I really try to structure my HTML properly to facilitate my CSS handling.

The very first exam for my first MCSD (on VB5) was "Implementing a Database Design on Microsoft® SQL Server™ 6.5". So I have been using Sql Server for quite a bit. My SQL knowledge is aimed squarely at development although I can help myself with the administration side of things when needed.

I became a MCSD for .NET (VB.NET track) back in 2003. So I have come to know it rather well. I will not rate myself 10 as I have not been involved in *all* the available technologies on the framework (like WPF, WF)

I have my own event-sourcing mechanism that I am using for my own projects called Shuttle.Recall (https://github.com/Shuttle/Shuttle.Recall). Recall is still being actively developed and refactored as new ideas evolve. It also provides a projection mechanism to produce read/query models from the events.

My personal choice is WindosrContainer although Ninject is also a good choice. I have used UnityContainer on various projects. In addition to these I also implement StructureMap, SimpleInjector, and Autofac adapters for my Shuttle projects
