Top Senior Docker Developers of August 2017
I am a full stack software engineer and entrepreneur with between 1 and 10 years professional experience working with the technologies listed. Current focus lies in the development of IoT and cross-platform (web, dektop, mobile,IoT) solutions. My areas of expertise are the general syntax and usage of languages. Effective, correct and appropriate use of software design patterns. Defining algorithms. Handling (possibly large) amounts of data effectively and presenting results to the end-user in a clear and timely manner. Designing and managing the infrastructure to drive these results. Working with stakeholders to design, budget, and plan software development projects and their architecture, turning business objectives into measurable goals. Planning for and scaling with growth. Troubleshooting and resolving technical crisises and finding and remediating their root causes. Defining and leading (agile) development processes and monitoring their performance. Measuring, predicting, providing insights into and managing risk factors in software development projects. Experimental projects and research into, analysis of and reporting on new technologies/software development techniques.

Hi, I'm Nick. I've been programming since I was 12. I started with Borland C++ and asked for Visual C++ for my birthday not too long after. I get excited by just about any technical challenge. From implementing 2D SLAM for a hacked Roomba to building scalable web apps, it's safe to say that most things technical hold my interest!
Hey all - I've been developing web applications for 12 years and love teaching, whether it is your first time, you're looking to pick up a new skill, or keep up on the latest technologies. I'm happy to advise also on the best courses to take, how to establish your career, what technologies to learn next, and how to get your first application or company started.
I love working with amazon web service's cloud-based infrastructure and engineering distributed systems. I go by the philosophy of automate early and automate often. I am a full stack developer and I build systems that take advantage of TDD, BDD, and continuous integration. Node.js is my go-to language when I am writing API's and web services. Python is my language of choice when I need to build something that is more computationally expensive or easier to express in a synchronous way. I use tools like Ansible for configuration management and deployment. This offers a more flexible solution for software like chef, puppet, or salt stack because the remote machine only needs to have ssh and python, no remote daemon and because Ansible uses ssh you get battle-tested security. Finally, I also have experience with NoSQL systems like MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and RethinkDB.
Senior software developer
Polyglot developer with an obsession for modularity
I'm a self taught developer, and ever since my first job, given enough time at a workplace I've always become the guy who people go to when they're stuck, and I've enjoyed doing the same on various online communities. I've always found those interactions very rewarding, I find it much easier to apply myself in a focused way to helping other people solve their problems. I really believe in the "teach a man to fish" cliche. If you are a student or need help working on open source, I offer a 50% rate reduction. Note that I will not solve exercises/assignments for you, I am only willing to help you to solve them yourself. Finally, I suggest you check out this great write up by Adam Goldman, another mentor on this site, which has some great tips on how better utilize this service https://www.codementor.io/adamgold/get-the-most-out-of-your-session-5c5iho6ns
Full-stack software engineer
"Always code as if the guy who ends up maintaining your code will be a violent psychopath who knows where you live. " - John F. Woods Artem Golovin has 6 years of experience in web development field. He specialises in single page applications preferably made with VueJs/Angular frameworks and in Nodejs backends preferably made with Adonis.js framework. He widely uses Unit and End-to-End testing, Webpack/Gulp, GitHub, Docker and a few more technologies to make development process fast and smooth. However, Artem knows a lot more than one technology. He is an active user of Swift (iOS, UIKit and other core frameworks), Docker and different task automation tools. He prefers to automate tests and to setup continuous integration engines for projects. All the routine work takes seconds instead of hours and clients usually pay only for writing the code itself. That cuts costs and speeds up the development. Artem can easily pass Joel Test for programmers. He uses Git, Test Driven Development, debugging tools, continuous integration and the available tools to get the job done. He can build an application from the ground zero to the production state. Currently, he is a leading specialist in Front-end web applications, agile methodologies, continuous integration and developing. See Artem's projects at https://artemgolovin.com P. S. And yeah. Feel free to ask me for a free 15 min session for the first time ;-)
