I'm a polyglot programmer with nearly a decade of successfully meeting project commitments. I've spoken at conferences and my open source code has been used in thousands of projects. I founded HackNashville.

I started doing SEO in the early 2000s and have done both on-page SEO and link building. Most people make stupid decisions in how they structure their markup, what "junk" ends up in the source code, how they write their content, how they format their URLs, do redirects, etc. I can take one look at a site and know what they can do to improve (and can recommend most of the services that automate that). I've helped people in niche domains rank for a wide array of keywords.

I've written dozens of MySQL-backed websites and applications, and have redesigned existing applications with performance or design problems related to the database schema.
- 7 years experience
I've written production code for large organizations like Hilton Hotels, and have used jQuery in hundreds of other projects.
- 4 years experience
I've written several website backends, as well as a proxy server, in NodeJS.

I've been toying with clojure, using it for learning a lisp dialect and have solved a few dozen coding challenges in Clojure. I've also done a little bit of image processing in Clojure.

I have been struggling to find help on stackoverflow with my angular print to pdf issue. All of the solutions I saw online where complicated and possibly very expensive. I saw that Calvin has plenty of experience with Angular and within a hour he had it working for me. Saved me a lot of time and a lot of money. I have already put together a list of issues i need help with. i highly recommend him!!!

Calvin has an amazing understanding of the "big picture" of web application development, while also knowing the nitty-gritty syntactical stuff. It was easy to steer the session into exactly what I wanted to learn, and I got some great direction with regards to the next steps I need to take in order to take my dev skills to that next level. I highly recommend Calvin to developers of all levels.
