This is probably one of the things where I can help the most because my current hybrid mobile application, which I developed and now maintain / improve is built on AngularJS. I have to deal with AngularJS every day of my life right now.

I've used javascript in about 90% of my projects. I know the best practices, tools, performance issues and I've been always updated with the latest improvements on this language.

As a web & hybrid applications mobile developer I have always used HTML and CSS in almost all of my projects. I have knowledge on the latest features of this languages but I also know how to do things to maximize compatibility.

This is probably one of the things where I can help the most because my current hybrid mobile application, which I developed and now maintain / improve is built with Parse.com on the backend. I have to deal with Parse.com almost every day of my life right now.

Although I have just used JQuery Lite in my latest project, I do have used JQuery in most of my previous projects. I understand what can and cannot be done with JQuery.

AppGyver.com's Supersonic framework and tooling is probably one of the best alternatives for Hybrid Mobile Application Development because it guarantees compatibility and better performance for certain types of apps. This framework is the parent front-end framework of my most recent project and although is relatively new, I have got to know it very well with all of its caveats and tricks ;)
