I am passionate about the evolution and application of artificial intelligence in solving the problems faced by life on earth and beyond. My specialties are building deep learning pipelines, scientific computing and building high performance python libraries.

Have been a Python developer for more than 2 years now. Participated in many coding competitions and hackathons. Taught a course 'Introduction to Python' in my college years. Presently relying on Python to run my Deep Learning models. Python feeds me, starting from simple scientific calculations to buidling state of the art Deep Learning model using python frameworks like PyTorch, TesnsorFlow etc, Python has been very kind to me.

I have a good experience of a lot of machine learning projects. I have been a part of 2 kaggle submission teams. One of my major submission was for LITS challenge https://competitions.codalab.org/competitions/15595. It is a Liver tumor segmentation Challenge. Some of the major algorithms that I've used are XGBoost, classification and clustering algorithms for various post-processing tasks. I have also used ARIMA for time series forcasting etc.

I am currently working as a deep learning engineer at Predible Health, Bangalore. We are using deep learning and cloud computation to deliver radiology reporting on web browsers. Focus areas: Developing data driven fully automated deep learning engines to detect Liver Cancer and other related diagnostic features from Computed Tomography and MR scans. I have worked on automatic segmentation of Prostate and its cancerous nodules from MR Images. I have developed many state of the art DL models for segmentation of vessel and prostate(Patent pending). I am working using Deep Learning in my projects since past two years. I have a strong background in Deep Learning and Machine Learning. I have conducted many Deep Learning workshops and delivered talks in conferences and colleges. I am pretty good with Deep learning frameworks like Pytorch, Caffe 2, tensorflow and Keras. I am also quite comfortable with Python scientific stack: Numpy, Scipy, Scikit-learn, Skimage, Matplotlb etc.
